Topic: Strong, Clear & Unshaken: Filtering Feedback that Misses the Mark
Speakers: Kim Perkins, Ph.D., Kim Perkins & Associates, and Nina Rubin, MA, CPCC, PCC, Coaching by Nina Rubin
Presentation:
This session will offer actionable strategies for navigating feedback, empowering participants with practical advice on how to stay resilient and true to themselves in their roles without getting bogged down in others' filters and opinions.
In their coaching experience (and in the research), all women leaders deal with workplace feedback that can come across as unfair or shortsighted. This event provides proven tools to remain resilient, preserve your authenticity, and advance your leadership even when feedback feels unproductive. Kim and Nina will bring the current research on women's leadership, and together we will discuss it in a manner befitting senior leaders, going beyond tips to offer perspective shifts that bolster resilience.
Speakers' Bios:
Kim Perkins, Ph.D., is an organizational psychologist with over 10 years of experience in leader development and a Ph.D. in positive organizational psychology. She brings expertise in executive coaching on culture change, communication, coordination, empowerment, creativity, and innovation.

With more than a decade and nearly 10,000 hours of coaching, Nina brings hands-on, practical expertise in personal and professional development, helping untangle anxiety from achievement, rebuild confidence without sacrificing excellence, set boundaries and still stay ambitious, and reconnect with joy, creativity, and purpose.
